Hope you’re all keeping healthy. Whatever flu bugs are out there you don’t want to catch any of them. My entire family has been under the weather for the last few days. Lastnight was the first time I left the house since Sunday. I had to go get a few groceries and by the time I got home I was exhausted. Anyway enough about that, just stay healthy. Take your vitamins, wash your hands and take care of yourself
So, todays card is for the Humble Pie card challenge this week. It was to be a circle card. So I pulled out this scalloped circle card that I bought ages ago from Stamp Art and used my nesties to create a couple of more borders.
I coloured my snowman who is from the newest release from Humble Pie, with my copics. I used some crystal lacquer just on the edges and sprinkled some chunkier glitter on to make it look like snow. I also used the crystal lacquer on the lights but there pretty small so you probably don’t see it. The sentiment I just picked up from Michaels, one of those $1.50 acrylic sets. I love them, I got about six. lol

I popped a few snow flakes as well as the snowman and there we have it. If you’d like to participate in this weeks challenge or just for some festive inspiration check out the rest of the design teams cards at here.
Have a great week.
Don’t forget to check out SGD. There having an inventory blowout sale for the next couple of weeks so theres lots of goodies for sale, DAILY!! Great prices. Get a start on that christmas shopping.
The sentiment is also from Whimsie Doodles. I inked the edges and added a few glittery gems.
The paper is from a Stampin Up Designer pad that I got from Kimmie and Andrea’s sale. I coloured Emma in with my copics. I added some crystal lacquer to the apple but it didn’t photograph very well. The pencil was from another piece of patterned paper that I pieced together to make it longer. The sentiment is from the Autumn Amy R sentiments.
I coloured Hope with my copics, added a bit of crystal lacquer to her gloves to make them stand out a bit. I layered her on different shades of pink, one being Bazzil. I stamped some flourishes on my patterned paper and cut the sentiment out with my nesties. I pop dotted everything and viola. Isn’t she adorable.
I should probably run now and do something with my day. Maybe we’ll carve or pumpkins…hmmm
So if you’re interested give Sheila a call at the store 519-473-5751 and reserve your spot. The class is from 10:30- 1:30.
I coloured him in using my copics, of course right. I also inked the edges with my new Tim Holtz Frayed Burlap distress ink. The paper is from the Scrapbooking store in Mildmay. I added some Stampin Up hodge podge hardware to the corners and also some eyelets.
Good morning everyone. Well at least the rain held off til today. But man was it cold up at my parents house. I actual saw a tiny bit of snow. Just for a minute, it tried.
